Global companies often have a global approach to workplace strategy. Flexible or agile working programs aim to improve productivity and work-life balance of people, together with the ability to quickly adapt the physical space to the multiple changes of the business. Cost savings and talent attraction/retention are also very important.
Although, it is on its application where we often find problems… Change is always difficult to accept and it requires a comprehensive change management strategy in place in order to facilitate the transition to the new situation.
